I am running Legacy 7.5.0.47 on my computer.
Families sync 1.1.6.0
Itunes updated today.

My family info is on my ipad. I have been able to tranfer from my computer to the ipad using family synce. Now when I try to place the information back on the computer I receive an error message that says:
unsupported file version 7.5.0.40.

Please help.

And my iPad version of families is 1.1.1. Hmmmm this might be my problem.

No, not your problem! Families Sync needed an update to handle Legacy 7.5 files. This is now done and a new version, 1.1.7, is now available. Thanks for reporting the problem.
