I use Windows 7. Installed Families Sync last week on my iPad through my computer-worked great. The filename shows up on my iPhone but there is no data. So I uninstalled Families Sync from my PC but now it won't reinstall. Here is error:

This suggests possible corruption on the download. Please ensure that Families Sync is uninstalled via Control Panel>Programs & Features then attempt installation again.

Actually I found my error. I checked the file name on my iPad and it was different from my iPhone. Once I corrected to the proper named file, it was there. Still don't know about Families Sync. I did go through the control panel to delete it.
