Is it possible to send this file by email to a relative for use in their device?

Yes, you could email the file then your relative can transfer the file to their device via USB. Or you could copy it to DropBox, share it with your relative then they can import it from DropBox.

So they don't need the Legacy file, the sqlite file will work, as long as they have the Families App?
