Cannot Run Sync Program - rodmurrow - 15-Jun-2012 03:10 PM
Families installed flawlessly on my Nook Tablet w/ N2A 32GB card.
Sync program is problematic. The software downloads and installs (I have to search the computer to find it, as the file folder does not show up in any list of files). I'm running a preview of Win8. After the program installs, there is nothing else. When I search for the program - and double-click to run it, nothing happens. I assume I'm doing something wrong - and have deleted the program and re-installed several times, all to no avail.

We do not officially support Windows 8 as this is not officially released yet. However, it should run if you install .NET Framework 3.5 from Microsoft's web site. Once installed, it can be run from the Start screen.
