Families Sync - Download problem

I have a new Problem: My HD has crashed ans i has to set up mit PC. No Problem, the i had a backup

But: When i want to download the Families Sync, the setup.exe downloads the File and the stops with the following message: The application Data were not found on the Server.

First use Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall to uninstall Families Sync if it is already installed. Then attempt installation again from here. If this fails, send us a screenshot showing the error.
