Picture Sync?
Does anyone know why some pictures sync to my Toshiba Thrive and others don't? All my pictures are saved to the same folder in Legacy on my PC yet some will not sync. All files are JPEG's its just some sync and some show missing on the FamiliesSync log.

Please click the Save Log button after getting log entries displayed with the "missing" errors, save the file and email to supportinfo@telgen.co.uk. Pick one of the missing files, locate using Windows Explorer, right-click and select Properties and let me know the "Location" value. Also double-click the file and check that the picture displays OK. Malcolm Green |
