Families 1.6.0 for Android

Families 1.6.0 for Android is now available in all Android app stores. This includes the following changes:

- When selecting a parent in Family View, ensure that correct spouse is selected
- fix layout bug in Pedigree View on Kindle Fire
- fix crash following addition of new individual
- Support UTF-8 filenames
- add option to set preferred spouse
- add option to order events by date (and set as default)
