Syncing Photographs

Syncing Photographs
Iphone 3 GS. Families v 1.1.1. I can sync the data, but not the phtographs [.jpegs] from Legacy Version 7.5.0.49. Photos are located in numerous fields

Are you using the latest version of Families Sync, 1.1.7.1? Were any errors reported during the conversion by Families Sync?

Are you using the latest version of Families Sync, 1.1.7.1? Were any errors reported during the conversion by Families Sync?

In Families Sync Options>Settings make sure that you've not unchecked "Copy Pictures". If not, then check "Enable Tracing", transfer your file again and, when the transfer has finished, click "Save Log" and send the log file to support@telgen.co.uk.
