Legacy will not open file converted from Android
I have Families v 1.2.0 running successfully on a Galaxy S but have just ried to convert a file back to the Legacy format on my PC. The conversion seemed to go OK but when I try to open the converted file with Legacy I get a message "Location 0 was not found (96,2)" and recommends doing a file repair. I cannot get rid of the error dialogue box as it keeps coming back so I cannot get to the "File" menu to do the repair! I have tried the conversion several times with the same result. The file seems to work fine on the phone. I have also tried converting your "Kennedy" file back to the PC and this works OK. What is wrong with my own file and how can I repair it?

Unfortunately there's insufficient information to be able to deduce what the problem is. If you're willing to send us your file (the sqlite file) to supportinfo@telgen.co.uk, we should be able to find the problem. We'll treat the data in strict confidence.

Since it seems not to be any solution for this problem, I will warn everybody NOT to use the product. Most of the data put in to my phone are destroyed when copying back to the PC.

I apologise for not replying to your previous message promptly. In order to investigate your problem, we'll need to get a copy of your sqlite file from the phone; the data will be treated in confidence. Please send it to supportinfo@telgen.co.uk.

I converted your file with Families Sync 1.4.1 and opened it in Legacy 7.5.0.191 with no problems. What version of Legacy are you using?

RE: Legacy will not open file converted from Android
I updated to same version of Legacy 7.5.0.191 and used FS ver. 1.4.1

It will not find the file in my phone, but I copy it manually to PC as described, and it converted with no errors.

But in my Legacy I can NOT open the new file (now called "20110518 from phone.fdb" ) I get lots of errors with text in Norwegian (the first are : Stedsnavnet 587 ikke funnet (1,1) in english it should be like Place 587 not found (1,1).. ) and LOTS of this errors with different numbers ...
Same error as before, sorry but your program don't work ...

That directory you are in is the ROOT, this is where the homepage should be located. The homepage would need to have a DEFAULT file name.
