Serial Number via families syns is showing invalid

I have not yet been able to sys my Legacy file with my Asus 101 transformer tablet. Please help.

I have tried to wifi link and also usb link with Families sync and it asks for link device - locate devioce by address and when i entered the device address number from the tablet it says it is invalid.

The families Program is on the tablet but I am not sure where the Sqlite file is.

I will keep trying both ways. usb and wifi

i am still struggling to uuse the sqlite file and see my information on the transformer. I have tried wifi and usb. I have also put a 16gb card in the tablet. Can you please advise as I am travelling to the UK this weekend and I do not want to take my laptop. Thanks Jane

Please use the USB transfer as follows:

- When you reach the screen which says "The Families folder on your device cannot be located. ...", click the Ignore button.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to manually copy the sqlite file to your device (noting that step 5 in the instructions may not be relevant to your device).
