Families Application Crashes when I Select My Family
I have just purchased Families and then downloaded Families Sync and run it - thus syncing my Legacy Family File to the Families application on my IPhone. I then run Families application and as soon as I select My Family (rather than Kennedy Family) the application crashes and just goes back to the IPhone applications screen. This process repeats as often as I do it. Help....

RE: Families Application Crashes when I Select My Family
I have the same problem. I've deleted the database from my iphone and re-synced several times (with and without photos) and every time I click on my database the iphone goes back to its main menu (but the app is still dormant, not completely quit).

Any suggestions? If I uninstall the app to re-install it will it ask me to pay again?

I just tried one last thing. Powered down my iphone completely (Hold top button for several seconds and swipe to turn off, then hold top for several seconds to reboot). Then did a another sync, replacing the database that wouldn't load, and it worked!
