Can not search in index

The index will not respond to my search. It still stays blank. I have a HTC Desire HD with scandinavian keyboard. The HELP says to tap the search key, where is that?

I can only confirm - on HTC Desire (with a Czech keyboard), I have no chance to use the index for selecting persons. The screen is blank.

On most on-screen keyboards it's displayed as a magnifying glass. If not, try the return key.

As we are unable to reproduce your problem, it is most probably related to a difference in the on-screen keyboard on your device. Can you send a photo showing your search screen at the point where you need to initiate the search.

Hi I also have a HTC Desire (Dutch) and cannot search the index (very hard with over 30.000 persons....
In attachment a photo of the screen (sorry for bad quality, my phone isn't rooted). It does not react on the magnify glass (= search key) or "return" button. No difference between the landscape or portrait mode

I also can not search with my Galaxy Tab PT-1000. I suppose that there is a problem with the character set.

When I look for a person in the index with e.g. an "Ä", I can click on these, then the screen stays black, however.

Hi, I just installed the new version 1.2.0. (The magnify glass is on the right)
The search works fine on HTC Desire DUtch.
