Re-install
The families v1.1.1 app on my PC wouldn't run, so I tried to reinstall it from http://www.telgen.co.uk/families, but I've been asked to contact the supplier.
Please can you advise how I can install and use the App again, on my itouch. |

I assume you mean iPod Touch rather than PC. Please describe why it wouldn't run. You can't reinstall it from the TelGen site - you must reinstall from the App Store. Malcolm Green |
