failure to Sync with ipod
I am trying to sync my ipod with my pc to download my Legacy tree to the ipod. I selected "locate by device" within the Families Sync program on my PC (because the device does not appear in the left window). I entered the device address correctly as displayed on the ipod but I then get the message : "unable to connect to remote server". Is this because I have my wifi password protected? I have also tried connecting with the firewall disabled, but again failed. My ipod is able to access the internet via wifi (because it has the password stored). Can anyone suggest what I might be doing wrong? http://www.telgen.co.uk/families/forum/i...nfused.gif
