I don't know where you saw $17.95. The price in the US App Store is $14.99.

Ah, so it's Australian dollars, that explains it. We set a price band for the app which equates to $14.99 in the US App Store. Prices in other countries' App Stores are set by Apple according to the relevant exchange rates and we have no control over these.
