chrashes all the time on my HTC Sensation
The program looks great but isn't really usable on my HTC Sensation, the program chrashes nearly all minute, the program crashes all the time with any input or without, it's just enough to start the program. It's the only program that makes trouble on my HTC Sensation. The sync with the PC didn't work at all because PC program tell me the device file isn't a database.
Have anyone tried this program on Android ???????????

That's for sure the worst experience I had with any program/app I bough for Android and this at this very high price !

I'm sorry you're having problems, but this is not typical as we have a large number of satisfied users. In order to resolve the problem we'll need to get more information. First, run Families Sync on the PC and select Families Help>Families for Android from the help menu. View the section "Transferring Family Files" and follow the instructions to copy your family file either via Wi-Fi or USB. If you see different behaviour from that documented please describe what you see.

If you succeed in transferring your family file then select this in Families on your phone; if not, select the Kennedy file for now. If the app crashes, please describe what you were doing when this occurred. When running the app again following a crash, you should see a prompt to enable you to send details of the crash to TelGen; if so please follow the prompts to send the details as this will help us to identify the problem.
