Keeping living individuals private

I managed to download my family file onto my iPod touch but had to manually change those people who are living to Private. Is there any way to make this easier by changing the facts in Legacy to be the same as the reports that I generate? Should I save a different file for export to Families?

Not currently but it's a good suggestion. We'll consider it as a future option for Families Sync.
