Unable to download sync app

I purchased Families for my Android phone and it works fine on the sample program, but I can't download the sync program on my PC. I get a message that says: "Cannot continue. The application is improperly formatted. Contact the application vendor for assistance." I read the details and changed all my browser settings that I could but nothing helps.

Which version of Windows are you using? And is it updated to the latest level using Windows Update? Please send a screenshot showing the full error details.
