Issues Running Families Sync on Windows 8
I am trying to install Families Sync. It installed with no issues, but will not run. Every time I click the icon on the Start menu, it acts like it is going to run, then nothing.

Is there a known compatibility issue with Windows 8? I am running the Windows 8 Customer Preview. If there is, I can probably get around it by installing on a different PC and then copying the content files to my Windows 8 PC to sync with iTunes, but it seems like a lot of work if there is an easier fix.

I think the problem is with the ClickOnce installation, which is not handling dependent .NET modules correctly. If you uninstall Families Sync, then use the "standard" setup from http://www.telgen.co.uk/families/downloa...cSetup.exe this should work.
