Photos don't work
I just installed Families on my Samsung Galaxy S II Epic Touch. Everything works great except the photos and sources. I checked all of the "include photo" options when I did the sync, and it showed that 428 media files were transferred in the sync, with no errors. No photos or sources in any individual records, when i click on the item ll I get is a black screen. I've synced twice now, with the same results. Any suggestions?

If you select a person in Family View who has a picture shown in Legacy, what is shown for the mugshot image - the "placeholder" image or something else? If you tap this person to show the Individual View, is there an entry for Pictures shown and, if so, what does it show? If you tap it, what does it show? Are pictures shown correctly in the Kennedy sample file, e.g. for JFK and Jackie?

The software's placeholder image is shown in the family view. There are no entries for Pictures shown, and when I tap it, I get a black screen with the "Pictures for XXX" at the top. The pictures show correctly in the Kennedy file.

This suggests that the problem may be in Families Sync rather than Families. I think we need to get a copy of your sqlite file to investigate. If this is too big (zipped) to email to supportinfo@telgen.co.uk, you could either share via DropBox or extract a smaller subset of your file to work with. It would probably also be useful to have the fdb file. All data will be treated in strict confidence.
