FamiliesSync Media file xxx missing error

Hi folks,

When I try to sync Legacy to my Android phone, I get 23 errors reported.

All say "19-Jul-2012 20:43:38 Media file <filename>.jpeg missing

Final message says "19-Jul-2012 20:43:38 Converted <name>: 23 errors, 598 individuals, 178 families, 0 pictures"

I checked Legacy and the Pictures are all displayed and their location is d:\My Documents\Legacy\Pictures\

Any ideas why FamiliesSync can't find them ?

If in Legacy you select Options>Customize>Locations>View Current List of Multimedia Locations, is d:\My Documents\Legacy\Pictures\ included in the list? If not, please add it and try the transfer again.

That was part of the problem.

There was a location that no longer existed AND I had some records with media attached that pointed to that location.

I had to fix the records first then I could delete the missing location.

It's working fine now
