To Do List

I'm planning a visit to my local Archives centre - is it possible to list all To Do's for a specific location - I've found the general To Do list and the individual To Do but nothing which will allow me to list for a specific 'Locality'

This is not currently possible but is a good suggestion, so we'll add it to the list of possible future enhancements. For now, your best bet would be to generate a ToDo List report in Legacy, filtering by locality, write it to a PDF file, and transfer it to your mobile device, e.g. via DropBox or by emailing it to yourself.
