Synchronisation error

I have seen a couple of threads regarding the error:
'mtpsharp. Version=1.0.4703.17375
Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=null' when attempting to synchronise to smartphones, but the response appears to be a private email as opposed to an open reply. Please could you assist with this error so I can also resolve this problem

Please uninstall Families Sync then reinstall from http://www.telgen.co.uk/families/downloa...cSetup.exe
