Sync using wifi "Error starting webserver port=-1"
#1
Hello,

I have updated on my desktop PC Families Sync V1.5.0.0 (I deleted the old version first).

I updated Families version 1.8.0 on my Android (HTC Velocity 4G) (Android Version 4.0.3)

I installed Bonjour only, as I have really no need for iTunes on my PC
http://support.apple.com/kb/DL999

Windows Task manager Services show Bonjour Service running.

I shut down both the HTC and my PC (Windows 7 Pro 64 bit).

On PC
1. Legacy version 7.5.0.219
2. Families Sync
a. Convert file to SQLite File
b. Sync device Using WiFi

On HTC
1. Families
2. Family Files View, menu button, Sync using Wi-Fi
"Error starting webserver port=-1"
Next, I can get a similar screen shot as: http://www.telgen.co.uk/families/fsandro...idsync.png

On PC I try using the web addess for Families Sync as displayed on HTC
"Unable to connect to remote server"

Thanks

Please enable tracing in Options>Settings, initiate the Wi-Fi sync again, then after getting the error click Save Log, save to a temporary file and email it to us at support@telgen.co.uk.
