Photos don't transfer
#1
I'm a new user. Nexus 4. The family file transfers OK, but the pictures (+2000) do not. Apparently no pictures transfer.

I'm using network drives.
Legacy path is C:\windows\Legacy
Data file is Z:\Legacy
Photos are in X:\Gen

Kennedy pics are OK.
Pre-transfer showed 33 errors due to some missing pics.
Families Sync options are:
Legacy path = C:\Legacy
Default path for Family files to xfer to device = Z:\Legacy
Copy Pictures is flagged. Preferred pictures only is NOT flagged.

Please help

What is displayed as the summary for the transfer? It should include number of pictures etc.

The summary indicates:
33 errors, 4500 individuals, 1460 families, 1826 pictures
Next says a file with that already exists.I answered yes to overwrite.
"sqlite file has been transferred to the Android device".
Finish

But no photos appear in Families and storage does not indicate Families is using any other storage. For example only 14mb of pics are in storage, the number should be huge.

The photos are embedded in the sqlite file so you won't see them in Android's photo storage. The summary confirms that there are 1826 photos in the file, so the question is why you're not seeing them. Do you not see a "Pictures" heading on any Individual View (or Marriage, Event, Source View etc) for which the equivalent Legacy screen shows photos in the Picture Gallery?
