Files to Kindle

I'm running Families on my PC, located my device (Kindle), selected my file, and process appears to have been successful. When I look on my Kindle, I get the message 'Families has stopped' and 'Prior Exception' 'The app terminated abnormally last time. Do you want to email details to TelGen Limited?' I did that (twice). Very Frustrating .. need help.Confused

You are running Families 1.8.4 - you need to update to the latest version, 2.0.3.

The version of Families on my PC says: 2.0.2 Won/t that work?
