Downloading Families app for Kindle

Hi
Can you please tell me whether Families for Android will work on my Kindle Fire running system 5.1.1?

The reason I am asking is because when I've prepared to download this app from the Amazon app store, I have a message pop up that says that I do not have a device to do this.

I would appreciate your advice as I don't want to waste time and money if my Kindle does not have the correct spec to run this app.

As far as we are aware, Families should work on this device. If Amazon Appstore reports a problem installing, please send us a screenshot showing the error.
