Error: reading media file...exceeds maximum length
#1
I have run Families Sync and obtained errors of the following format:
Error reading media file [full Windows file name] exceds maximum length.
I am guessing this applies to a maximum filename length in Android.
A Google search found some discussions about this and some suggestions that it is 100 or 127 characters.
What is the limit that Families Sync is checking for?

Please send a copy of the Families Sync log showing the error:

With cursor in the Families Sync lower panel, right-click, Select All, right-click, Copy, paste into an email and send to supportinfo@telgen.co.uk.
