Upper case/lower case

In settings I have selected Surnames in upper case.
As you would expect all views and searches show surname in caps. However new people that are added are shown in caps in views but in lower case in searches
Doesn't afffect the function but just looks inconsistent

I don't see that behaviour.  Can you give an example of the steps to demonstrate the problem.

I cannot currently remember the steps that caused this problem but I have a number of individuals recently created that appear in lower case when I search the master list of to do items.
When I next add new people and find the problem I will contact you again.

Just repeated the problem!
Create a new individual with a surname that has not been used previously
Show all items and select a to do category.
Search master list/to do category
List shows new individual with lower case surname.
