Internal Service Error - Solved
I have a Galaxy S5 with Android 6.0.1 and Families 2.5
When I open the app an error screen pops up:
Internal Service Error
An internal error occurred. This can be caused by a lack of network connectivity. Please make sure you have a good network connection.
When I click OK. The app closes.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled.
I have rebooted the phone.
No luck. Still crashes.

My laptop and my Galaxy S5 are in the same room as the router. I clearly have an excellent wireless connection.

I installed this on my Galaxy S6 and with Android 7 and there are no problems.

This was an issue with the Amazon apps. I reloaded the "Amazon" app and now everything is working fine!
Looks like I have the same issue. What do you mean by "reloaded," Lagunacreek? Do you mean reinstalled or rebooted?
