WFT does not start in my Samsung Galaxy Tab

Hello there,

Just bought and installed World Family Tree. I am a "Pro" user in Geni.

For some reason I remain in a loop when trying to launch the program. When I click "Login", WFT takes me to the page where Geni asks me to authorize my information. After clicking the "Authorize" button I am led back to the Login page, and clicking "Login" again I receive no username and password fields, insread I am again led to the same authorizing page of Geni in a browser.

What's wrong - does WFT not function on the top of Android 3.2 ??? My tablet is Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9.

I'm not sure why it's behaving as you describe, but when you get the Authorize screen, you should see a link at the top "Not <your login name>". Tap this and you should get back to Geni's login screen.

Hello and thanks for your reply. I assume that the loop described was partly just a delayed response by Geni, as the expected functionality started working after ca. 15 minutes had passed from my first attempts. The application works quite well; I may give some feedback for some further fine-tuning when I've gathered more user experience.
