Next generation world family tree

Hello!
I've just baught World Family Tree for Ipad.
When I click on "tree" a message say: "try next generation".
When I click on this invit, the tree come as on a pc, very nice, but after 3 seconds: LOGOUT ! What's the matter ?
How may I get the "next generation of world family tree for Ipad ?

WFT doesn't start on my Acer A500

Hi there!

Yesterday I bought and installed World Family Tree on my Acer A500 (Android version 4.0.3).

I have the same problem Eero from Finland is describing in another thread:

Trying to start the program I remain in a sort of 'loop'. When I click "Login", WFT takes me to the screen where Geni asks me to authorize my information. Clicking the "Authorize" button - I am led back to the Login screen, and clicking "Login" again I am back at the screen where Geni asks me to authorize - and so on . . .

It doesen't help much to tap the link at the top right either, "Not ". Tapping this is bringing me back in the 'loop' . . .

What's wrong - doesn't WFT work with my Acer and the Android version i questing - or . . . ?'

WFT and iPhone 5 . . .

Hi,
I am thinking that WFT will be usefull for me, but will it work with iPhone 5 ?
The App Store is only telling me that WFT support iOS 5.1, but what about iOS 6.0.1?

I was uncertain about purchasing this app for my iPhone after reading the critical reviews posted for the app on iTunes. As I posted in my review, I am glad I took the chance and apparently none of the pre-existing problems persist. It would be helpful to have a owner generate review that states the reported problems have been addressed an the app is functioning as intended.

Thanks for the time and effort put into making this app work!

Hello there,

Just bought and installed World Family Tree. I am a "Pro" user in Geni.

For some reason I remain in a loop when trying to launch the program. When I click "Login", WFT takes me to the page where Geni asks me to authorize my information. After clicking the "Authorize" button I am led back to the Login page, and clicking "Login" again I receive no username and password fields, insread I am again led to the same authorizing page of Geni in a browser.

What's wrong - does WFT not function on the top of Android 3.2 ??? My tablet is Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9.

I subscribe to Geni Plus I realise I cannot update Geni from my iPad but when I update from my computer, will this automatically update my iPad? Also will it show all the trees I can see on my computer?

Very nice app. Your web site mentions updating as well as viewing the tree but I don't see how I do that. Do I have to enable something?

Documents (from "Add a document from the internet") doesn't display on device

Screen goes black followed by an error message ("File not found") as it seems to try to find the file using the Gallery app in the device.

User defined events don't show in event view
