The World Family Tree app stores information retrieved from on your mobile device, but no such information is transmitted to TelGen Limited or any other third party, with one exception. If the app crashes, and you have enabled the “Exception Reporting” setting, then the app will offer to transmit diagnostic information to TelGen Limited for the purpose of investigating the problem. The information transmitted may contain personal data from your family tree. TelGen Limited warrants that such data will be used solely for diagnosing errors in the app and will be treated in strict confidence and deleted when investigation of the problem has been completed.
